To Whole Foods, To Whole Foods...

When was the last time your typical parent went to the market to buy a fat hog? A fat pig? A plum bun, perhaps? Never, I'd bet! This is my update of the traditional Mother Goose rhyme, "To Market, To Market," including items more likely to be found on the modern privileged American's shopping list.

Simply bounce the child on your knee to the rhythm of the rhyme.

To Whole Foods, to Whole Foods,
To buy some fresh kale,
Home again, home again,
Jiggity jale!

To Whole Foods, to Whole Foods,
To buy some LaCroix,
Home again, home again,
Jiggity joy!

To Whole Foods, to Whole Foods,
To buy some tofu,
Home again, home again,
Shopping is through!

This is where I'd make a joke about Whole Foods being expensive. Ha!
